TERMS & CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE

Build Information – Please read the order form carefully and the specifications detailed as this is the information used to build your wheels. Infamous Company Corp. builds wheels with the information provided by the client. If the information provided by the client is inaccurate or false Infamous Company Corp. will not accept responsibility for any issues of components not fitting correctly, defects or warranty issues which may subsequently arise.

Order cancellation and refund – If any order for wheels is cancelled at any time after the order has been approved and payment deducted / received from the customer but before building, the customer may be liable to bank, credit card, administration and restock fees to cover any cancellation charges incurred. If the build is underway and any cutting to any of the wheel blanks has been started, the wheel or wheel package is nonrefundable. Any refunds are at the discretion of Infamous Company Corp.

Part(s) Order Exchange – Infamous Company Corp. does not have an order exchange program due to our manufacturing methodology. We manufacture our wheels precisely to fit your application at the time the order is placed and cannot be exchanged.

Structural Warranty – All Infamous Company Corp. wheels have a lifetime structural warranty to the original purchaser with the original receipt. Infamous Company Corp. wheels have an intended and limited purpose, if they are used outside of that purpose, the wheels will not be guaranteed, the warranty is void and Infamous Company Corp. cannot be held responsible for any damage or injury that may occur due to misuse. It is up to the user to prove that any defects are manufacturing defects or a fault of Infamous Company Corp. It is the wheel user’s responsibility to examine the wheel(s) on a regular basis to determine the need for service or replacement. Not covered under this warranty are the following:

Wheels manufactured by Infamous Company Corp. that have been trued by other individuals or businesses.

Wheels that have had the center pieces, hubs or bearings improperly installed by other individuals or businesses.

Wheels that have been modified, neglected, or poorly maintained.

Wheels that have been damaged in shipping.

Wheels that have been in any type collision or have been physically met with road debris.

Wheels that have been used for specific racing or competition types which are not meant for Infamous Company Corp. wheels

Wheels improperly installed or improperly repaired.

Personal injury or damage from causes such as a user’s lack of skill, judgement, use of incorrect tools, competence, or experience.

Any labor costs associated with the removal, replacement or reassembly of the product.

Please note that it is Infamous Company Corp. workmanship that is covered here, and we are not responsible for any warranty costs involved in any defects which may arise in any components in normal use. Within their manufacturer’s guarantee period, these components should be returned to the manufacturer, but it is up to the customer to make the decision to pursue a warranty claim and pay any costs involved.

Finish Warranty – The finish warranty extends to the original purchaser with the original receipt and within one calendar year of the purchase date unless extended warranty is purchased at the time the order is placed. It is up to the user to prove that any defects are manufacturing defects or a fault of Infamous Company Corp. Not covered under this warranty are the following:

Wheels that have been jet washed or hosed forcefully.

Wheels that have been struck by stones or foreign objects.

Wheels that have been in a collision.

Wheels that have scratches

Any labor costs associated with the removal, replacement or reassembly of the product.

Returns – If a component ever fails you may need to return it. Infamous Company Corp. will repair them free of charge if the conditions above have been adhered to and you can prove the work required is due to an issue with Infamous Company Corp. workmanship. Again, if the component (rim or hub) fails through no fault of Infamous Company Corp., then providing it is within the manufacturer’s guarantee period, the part should be returned to the manufacturer for them to inspect and take appropriate action.

Customer pays for shipping of returns to Infamous Company Corp. A refund may be given at Infamous Company Corp. discretion.
The customer must pre-pay return shipments unless other arrangements are made with Infamous Company Corp.
All tires and weights must be removed before shipping. Infamous Company Corp. will not be responsible for loss or damage to these items whilst in the workshop or transit.
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in shipping Infamous Company Corp is not responsible. We will visually inspect to the best of our abilities and sign for return deliveries and they will then become the responsibility of Infamous Company Corp.

Product Availability – Infamous Company Corp. Manufacturers their products at the time the order is placed. This ensures that you receive the most up-to-date product.

Weight – Load ratings can be received via email. Each wheel has been Canadian engineered and manufactured.

Image accuracy – Infamous Company Corp. takes no responsibility for design variances for wheel size or type. Our renders for the negative offset images are rendered to a 24”x14” wheel size, and our Harley Davidson images were rendered to a 23”x3.75” wheel size. Designs will vary but the general concept of the design never changes. Infamous Company Corp. takes no responsibility and no refunds will be issued.

Finish / Color discrepancy – Colors chosen for Infamous Company Corp. wheels will be communicated via email, you will be required to accept one of the shades shown. With a custom paint match we require a paint code or a sample of the paint. Matching powder to paint to gain a perfect match is not 100% possible due to hue and the potential that the machine being fitted could be UV worn. With a paint code or sample of the paint we can achieve the closest match possible. Infamous Company Corp. takes no responsibility for a miss match and no refunds will be issued.

Build decline – Infamous Company Corp. reserves the right to decline a customer’s build if subsequent information provided makes the build unsuitable in Infamous Company Corp.’s opinion.

Import duties – Infamous Company Corp. is not responsible for the payment of local taxes upon import to your country.

Liability – Infamous Company Corp. takes no responsibility for any injury or accident caused using their products whatsoever, of any kind. This statement frees Infamous Company Corp. from all actions or proceedings against the company from now through the existence of this entity.

Responsibility– Infamous Company Corp. wants above anything for their customers to use their products responsibly. Infamous Company Corp may press the limits within engineering because they know their limitations. They encourage the use of their products only for what they are intended for.

Infamous Company Corp. reserves the right to amend any of its policies at any time.
